Enjoying my trip

On the drive up with one of my teammates, we discussed English history and particularly the War of the Roses. We were driving through many of the counties where the War was fought and passed many historic sites (and wished to stop!). We drove by Bosworth Field where the last major battle of the War of the Roses took place and which marks the end of the Plantagenet line (Richard III is killed on the field of battle and his rival Henry Tudor becomes King).

I must come back as it would be fascinating to study more of the War and explore England at the same time.
